A handle to a 'data source' used for accessing a some random event generator (REG) device. A
DataSource allows access to any device type supported by Psyleron.
At this this point, that only includes the REG-1. No methods are ever called on the DataSource handle. It only references an internal source representation that is manpipulated by the various API functions.
Valid DataSource handles can be retrieved using GetSource. If equal to INVALID_DATASOURCE, this source is invalid.
