All REG-1 Exploration Kits

Given the exploratory nature of Psyleron's products and research, and the potential for customers to be unfamiliar with what to expect regarding the REG-1 product, we have created a 30-day money back guarantee policy to help encourage the exploration of mind-matter effects by potential customers who are sincerely interested in using the product.

This guarantee is not intended to be a "try-before-you-buy" offer, or to be taken advantage of for short-term need of the product.  As such, some conditions do apply to returned devices:

30-Day Money Back Guarantee: Unsatisfied customers may return the REG-1 within 30 days of the purchase date.  We will refund the entire purchase price of the unit, but will not refund the original shipping and handling charges, or pay for the return shipping back to Psyleron.

Devices that have been disassembled or damaged are not eligible for the money back guarantee, nor are they covered under warranty. 

Returns must also include everything delivered with the package, including but not limited to: the REG-1 device, USB cables, software, and any manuals or other documentation.  Software must be removed from any installed location, and the computer restored to its pre-installation state.  Community accounts granted with the purchase of the product may be deactivated at Psyleron's discretion.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the date that the item is received to Psyleron, after testing and inspection of the equipment has taken place.

Other Products and Return Policy: Other products may be returned if defective, for repair or replacement at Psyleron's discretion. Refunds will not be issued. Generally there is a one-year product repair or replacement warranty on Psyleron products, though some products may have longer warranties. Check individual product pages for warranty details, or contact Psyleron for more information.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling, and incidental charges. All returns must have a tracking number from the shipping company, or an RMA number obtained directly from Psyleron. Contact Psyleron for an RMA number or for return details.
